**Update from Training Camp & Exciting News Ahead!**
I’ve just wrapped up two intense weeks of training camp, and wow—it was something else. Every day brought new challenges, but through it all, I learned to lean on the Lord in deeper ways than ever before.
From worship sessions and powerful sermons to team-building exercises and even physical training (we even backpacked up a mountain!!🏔️), there was never a dull moment. In one training scenario we even “lost” our bags and half of our bags got taken! Some days were hard, both physically and emotionally. But no matter what came my way, Jesus was my strength and my source.
One verse that really encouraged me throughout camp was Ephesians 6:7 “Work with enthusiasm, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people.”
This verse was a sweet reminder that everything I do is for Him—not for myself, not for recognition, but for His glory.
Now, the next leg of our journey is about to begin, and I’m beyond excited! Our team is heading to Nicaragua for four weeks of ministry work. On Monday, we’ll kick off our mission with an incredible organization based in Granada. They focus on community development, and I can’t wait to jump in and see how God will use us to serve and support the people there.
Oh, and in other exciting news, I was asked to be the worship coordinator for our team! I’m honestly so honored and excited to step into this role, and I can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for our worship times together.
**Prayer Requests:**
1. Many on my squad are fighting off colds—please pray for healing and strength as we prepare for ministry in Nicaragua.
2. Pray for our team, that we would continue to grow in unity and love as we serve.
3. Please also pray for the people of Nicaragua, that they would experience the love of Christ in powerful ways during our time here.
