Where do I even begin over the last month? I have seen God in so many ways. When I first came into training camp I didn’t feel a connection with Him and wasn’t sure what my worth was. But God has been telling me my what my worth is and has been showing me how He sees me. Recently I was called to be on the worship team. I was really hesitant at first but then realized it’s all for a plan. It’s helping me get closer to Christ and try a new experience. So far during training we have been working on team building, learning how to handle difficult situations we might face and having lots of fun getting to know each other. I am super excited to be leaving for Nicaragua in less than a week! I would say so far at the world race I’ve gotten the closest to God I’ve ever been. I recently gave my life to Christ and was baptized here at camp which was the best decision! God is always the way.
