Hello everyone!
I just wanted to make a quick post to update all of you about what I have been doing to prep for my trip. My main focus has been on making and sending out support letters to my friends and family. Many of you have probably already received a letter from me asking for support and prayer. I sent them a week ago and I already have many generous people helping me out! It has blown my mind how much generosity I have already received. So I am really just making this post to say THANK YOU. This trip is a big leap of faith for me and has a lot of moving parts but the fact that many of you are coming together to help me pursue this…it is indescribable and I am so so grateful for all of you!
The kindness and support (financially, emotionally, and spiritually) that I have received thus far, goes to show the absolute nature of God’s plan. When I look at my trip and all of the money that must be raised from a technical and logical standpoint, it is extremely daunting and feels impossible. However, the fact of the matter is, God will enable what he commands. His plan is final and unchangeable and I take great peace in that. God has called me to missions since I was little, and I have felt lead to this specific mission trip since I was a freshman in highschool. It is an amazing experience to get to see God enabling this command and using people like you to help me pursue this. I cannot express enough gratitude. I cherish the partnerships I am making with you all as I prepare for my mission.
