this past week I got the opportunity to go to honduras with my church! a few highlights were:
- putting on youth camp and leading a team for the first time (go vacas verdes!!!! 💚🐮🤑🍀✅)
- getting to know the students on the mission team and watching them use the gifts that the Lord gave them
- eating some amazinggg food like baleadas, taquitos, and tacos
- having intentional time with people. whether that was laughing until we couldn’t breathe or sharing stories on the bus we were always having such a sweet time together
- getting to know the CityHope Honduras family (my low was that they weren’t coming back to the states with us)
- being in awe of the natural beauty of the Honduras
- running around, playing, and dancing with the kids at the dream center on our first day
