Wow y’all. Nepal is by far my favorite country on the race. Ministry here is some of my favorite I’ve ever done and the Lord is chasing after the people of Nepal.

Some of my favorite things about Nepal are how our host family has such loving hearts towards the Lord and us. Our predinner devotion and worship as a family. The worship consisting of english songs that are truly soul filling and spirit filled. The food is very flavorful, delicious, and made for american stomachs. Getting to make momos with our host family for a day. The streets are filled with colors, sun lights, and open hearts of nepalese people. The community and fellowship with people our age. The list could go on and on.

Let me give you a run down of all the ministry we’ve done since being here.

Every saturday we have a church service which is followed by youth hangout. We usually talk and hangout with the youth and pray over anyone needing prayer.

Sundays we have a church service that is based off of prophecy, deliverance, and healing. We have witnessed demons being casted out, the paralyzed walking and talking now, and the pastor prophecing over peoples future and present life.

Wednesdays we drive into the tourist area of town to walk to shops and evangelize. We will then invite people we encounter to a worship night that night. During worship the Holy Spirit is clearly there and is moving people’s hearts closer to the Lord.

One Thursday and Friday we went to two different orphanages. One was Hindu and one was Christian. the Hindu one is now lead by a new believer who is building the kids up in their faith. The Christian one is fairly new and filled with the Lord and His compassion towards the kids.

On valentine’s day our church held a “first love” service to inspire the believers that Christ loved them first and to step into the love that God has for us.

One day we walked up to a temple that is full of monkeys to pray over it and pray over the people and their hearts. That the Lord will convict them and show them the truth.

There were a few nights we went to one of our volunteers houses to have fellowship and dinner with them. We were able to hear testimonies but also encourage the believers there.

For a few days we got the opportunity to go to a local village in the mountains. We attended two church services and a devotion night. One day we also got to play soccer with the family and spend time with everyone around the campfire.

We also helped clean a roof one afternoon for a new fellowship with mothers and their kids.

We got to have a fun night with the youth. We played card games then hung around the campfire and had smores for the night.

All these different ministries have been such a great way to connect with the people around us and be filled by the Lord. Nepal and the people here have such a longing for more in their hearts and are so open to listening to us. They hold such a deep joy for life and for the Lord. It’s been so great to be with everyone here and grow closer with my team. The Lord has moved so much in my own heart but also through ministry I’ve witnessed the Lord move in crazy ways.
