Hello Everyone!
I just wanted to do a quick check-in and say I am FULLY FUNDRAISED for my trip to the Dominican Republic this June! Thank you to everyone who has supported me as I prepare to serve God’s community in 16 days. I am so incredibly grateful for all the financial contributions and prayers I have received throughout the past couple of months. I would not be able to do this alone!
A little more about the trip! It’s official, we will be partnering with Mission of Hope ministries in Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic. With this ministry, we will be joining with the local churches, people, schools, and communities to do Vacation Bible Schools, sports camps, construction projects, and evangelism. Through each of these service opportunities, I will be able to share the Gospel, model Christ’s love through relationships, and serve each person holistically.
My prayer as I prepare spiritually for the trip is that I will be open to every opportunity I am presented with. I am asking for the strength and energy to serve God’s people with compassion and grace, and that I will be able to show God’s love through every action.
