This past week has been a whirlwind of experiences, all underscored by the incredible ways God has moved in our lives.
Monday was packed with sessions and worship, setting a spiritual tone for the week.
Tuesday we ventured off campus for evangelism. Meeting a couple and praying for them filled me with an unexplainable joy, affirming how deeply God touches our hearts when we step out in faith.
Wednesday brought an intense physical challenge as we hiked a steep trail. Despite my doubts, the strength the Lord provided helped me reach the top, where the breathtaking view reminded me that with God’s help, anything is possible. That night, the wind was so fierce it shook our tent, and I woke up feeling sick.
Thursday we learned our team roles, and I was thrilled to be involved in worship. The day also included squad wars, where our well-thought-out dance routine earned us a respectable position. Later, during revival night, a profound blessing occurred as I baptized my cousin, witnessing the Lord’s answers to my prayers.
Friday saw us spending the night at the airport, leading to an exhausting all-nighter. Yet, the adventure continued as we traveled to Nicaragua.
Saturday after a challenging entry process at the Nicaragua airport, we were welcomed by the country’s lush beauty, an awe-inspiring testament to God’s creation.
Sunday was a day of serene worship in a stunning mountaintop church with stained glass windows. The day’s highlight was a beach outing arranged by our hosts, followed by a sunset viewing that was a testament to Romans 1:20—the beauty of creation revealing God’s majesty.
Reflecting on this week, it’s evident that God’s presence has been constant, guiding and blessing us through every high and low. When we say “yes” to His call, He showers us with grace and incredible experiences. Each moment, whether challenging or joyful, has underscored how good God is and how He rewards our faithfulness.
