His presence is captivating. His face is beautiful. His love is immeasurable, and I want it all. Holy, holy, holy is The Lord God Almighty. His power is infinite, and all good things flow from His hands. He has saved me from the pit and brought me into a newness of life, and I am absolutely obsessed with Him!

It’s that time again. Get situated; I have a lot to unpack.

Training camp is officially over! Three weeks of discipleship and deepening my knowledge of God is wrapped up and done. It has been such a great time here in Gainesville learning more about The Lord and building community too. We wrapped this week up with a good bit of teachings on spiritual warfare and the power of prayer. We also got a lot of good bonding time in as a squad, which I am also super thankful for! So much to take in and process from all that God has taught me, but nonetheless I am so thankful to have mentors and leaders around me to teach me!

Me and the squad hiked Mount Yonah this past Wednesday! Talk about gorgeous… it was nothing but that. It was without a doubt one of the best views I have ever seen! It was a pretty challenging hike, but getting to the top with the squad and camp out with them for the rest of the night was definitely worth it. Nothing like a hotdog dinner over a fire either!

Pre-hike prayer! (I promise I’m excited.)

What a view!

Top of the lookout!

Me and my buddies Colton and Holden!

All of the guys did the “Man Hike” this week, which is definitely one of the most challenging this I’ve ever done.

Heres the rundown:

  • You all work together as a team to complete all tasks; someone has to be doing some task at all times.
  • All tasks are done in laps, and each lap is around 1/2 mile.
  • 4 laps of carrying a tractor tire.
  • 7 laps of carrying someone else on your back.
  • One person has to be blindfolded at all times.
  • One person has to be crab walking at all times.

Let’s say that me and my group did not even get through half way done. Now granted, even though it was hard, we definitely bonded a lot as a team and learned a lot about each other during this time. Though it wasn’t the funnest thing in the world, we all took something out of the scraped hands, dirt-stained clothes, and all around exhaustion.

The worship team and I got to lead worship for the entire campus this Tuesday! It was so much fun being able to do something I love, will giving praise to The Lord with the body of Christ!

Strumming my praise to Jesus!

All for Him!

We are going to be at SharpTop Cove this week for our first week of domestic ministry! Our work will consist of serving around the campus doing manual labor! Super excited to take what I have learned and put it into practice, while also steeping into a new experience that The Lord has for all of us! Please be praying over this week for me and the squad as we rely Jesus to those around us!

Life outside of all of those events has been pretty well! I’ve just been taking in all of the little things that God has for me, and learning to rest in His plan and not my own. Please be in prayer for my fundraising, my squads work, and that The Lord will shine His face more and more by the day! If you want to support, my link is in my Instagram bio, and anything you could give is so greatly appreciated!

Here are some random funny pics just for fun!

Well, I hope you enjoyed today’s read. Until next blog post, I’ll probably be seeking out The Lord and enjoying the abundant life that only He can give. Staying in prayer, come quickly, Lord Jesus!
