Well everyone, I’m officially off!!!
I left this morning to begin the drive to Gainesville, GA!! We’re staying the night in a hotel + I will get to base Saturday afternoon!!! These past couple days have been filled with many bittersweet + teary goodbyes!! I am really going to miss all the people I love!! As I’ve been in this season of leaving + goodbyes, I’ve been asked quite a few times what I’m taking with me!! We are only allowed to have a 45-65L hiking backpack (mine is 55L) that will be checked on flights, + then a daypack that will be a carry on for flights. I was pretty overwhelmed by this at the beginning because it seems impossible to pack nine months worth of stuff + gear into a hiking pack + a day pack!! Packing was definitely a bit of a challenge + an adventure in + of itself but I got it figured out!! With all that being said, here’s a breakdown of everything I’m taking!!!
