I’m super excited to be starting my Gapless gap year with Adventures in Missions. I decided to do this because I really want to grow in my relationship with God and take time to focus fully on Him. Life can get so busy and distracting, and I felt like God was calling me to slow down and really lean into Him.
I also wanted to step out of my comfort zone a bit. I’m hoping this year helps me discover the gifts God has given me and shows me how I can actually use them — not just for myself, but to love and serve others.
Another thing I’m really looking forward to is meeting new people and building real, lasting friendships. I’d love to be surrounded by people who are also chasing after God, where we can grow in our faith together and encourage each other along the way.
I don’t know exactly what this year will look like, but I’m excited (and a little nervous!) to see how God moves.
