Okay, so… BIG NEWS!
This fall, I’m headed off on a mission trip to Italy and Albania with a program called the World Race: Gapless Gap Year. I’ll be living out of a backpack and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with people from all different walks of life. My team and I will be partnering with different ministries and helping start up a free coffee shop, along with earning college credits!
And no, I haven’t lost my mind. I promise.
I know it sounds crazy. Like, “Oh, cool, so you’re just flying across the world with a backpack and a Bible?”
Yes. Exactly. That’s the plan.
But seriously—here’s why I’m doing this.
I’ve always grown up around church. I knew all the memory verses, sang the songs, and did the Sunday morning thing. But I realized I wanted to break out of my comfort zone and grow a real relationship with Jesus—the same Jesus who changes lives, flips tables, and calls people to drop everything and follow Him.
This is an incredible opportunity to step away from the busyness of life. I want to be challenged, stretched, and maybe even slightly uncomfortable (emphasis on slightly, hopefully).
Here’s the truth: GOD IS SO GOOD! . Even when I feel unsure or nervous about these next steps, He keeps showing up—leading me, opening doors, and reminding me that I don’t have to do this alone. He’s already been so faithful in preparing my heart for this trip, and I know He will keep showing up in amazing ways.
Now speaking of crazy, here’s a fun little fact: I need to raise $7,900 to go on this trip. This amount covers flights, food, housing, training, and all the adventures we’ll be going on. It’s a big number, but I know God will provide.
I will be working hard this summer to raise as much as possible, but I will also need your help!
If you want to support me, I’d be SO grateful. Prayers, encouragement, or donations—whatever you feel led to give means the world to me.If you’re reading this, thank you for being here. I’ll be posting updates, stories, and probably some really awkward photos of me trying to look like I know what I’m doing.Pray for me, laugh with me, and follow along to see what God does in this crazy, beautiful, messy adventure.

LETS GOOO
