Serving People
As I was a teenager, I always loved helping people in my community. Once I started driving at age 16, I volunteered to help my Dad’s friends with some landscaping projects or anything they had going on. Since my dad taunt me how to work hard through the years, I knew how to help out in the best ways. So I took this skill of mine and began to reach out to others either through church connections or people I meet through clubs. I eventually learned that I enjoyed serving others and helping them accomplish tasks that needed to be done.
Bringing Life to those in Need
Once I graduated high school, I immediately left home to go to Montana where I landed a job as a landscaper. As I was out there in Big Sky Montana, I met a cool guy at a restaurant who was from South Africa. This guys name was Mondli and he was also working for the same company that I was. So we began to talk about general things like where he was from and why he was in the United States. After a bit a talking, he explained that is country is very poor and everyone struggles to make it from day to day. I began to realize that being an American is a luxury and thousands of people are in need in many countries. From that day forward, I made it my mission to take my desires and skills to the next level. So once I finished my work in Montana, I connected with the World Race and now I will be serving along side of them to put my skills and abilities to the test.
